Comment by Ethalas Like it's said above, she's just in place to give you easy access to the TBC rep tabards, for the sake of achievements, so you don't have to go flying all over Outland to reaquire them.
But she's also unique in a very helpful way. Discarding my Purple Trophy Tabard of the Illidari she then had two dialogue boxes, allowing me to choose Green or Purple. And when I threw away my Tabard of the Protector there was the same kind of dialogue box, which let me retrieve it, no cost.
However getting rid of Private's Tabard , Knight's Colors , or Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade did not open up dialogue options with her, seeing as those can either be purchased from Champions' Hall or found in Scarlet Monastery , respectively.
Comment by foam An easy way to get an extra credit toward your Twenty-Five Tabards achievement is to delete your Purple or Green Trophy tabard of the Illidari whichever you already have and select the opposite color from this vendor when she offers a replacement.

Yes, you can trade out tabards, however, it does not give you the achievement. You do not get any credit for obtaining the other one. Comment by Goranth Just did this myself, confirmed, once you equip switched tabard it will count for the achievement. You can also use it to keep track of your completed quests, recipes, mounts, companion pets, and titles!
